When you purchase and register your copy of The Body Journal, you are assigned a unique Body Journal card number and password. This creates an personal online directory where you can upload your health records and your Emergency Report.

You can view these reports remotely from any Internet-enabled device by logging in below:

Your personal health records are private and protected by your password. Your Emergency Report can be viewed by any emergency personnel using the Internet address listed on your Emergency Connect card.
